When it comes to blogging, my Mom is a real deadbeat. We have had tons of fun this summer already. To celebrate Stevie's birthday, we visited Mimi and Ahgoo, Aunt Jess, Tio Paul, and Cousin Elaina, as well as Nanny. It was a whirlwind of a trip, but we had a great time. Also, Aunt Randi and Mimi came up to see us in New York! Here are some pictures from the last month.

Mimi and Ahgoo sent Stevie an early birthday present, and boy was she excited! It was the perfect way to kick off her week-long birthday celebration.

Ahgoo let me pick vegetables from his garden. Stevie could not figure out why this pickle was not in a jar in the fridge.

We had a lot of fun visiting with baby Elaina. She's actually not that much of a baby. As you can see, Elaina and I read on about the same grade level. We know exactly the name number of sight words.

Unkee Chuck really knows how to party.

Stevie was kind of afraid of the candles at Mimi's house. She just kept telling everyone that they were hot. Smart two year-old, I'd say.

By the time we got to Nanny's house, the fear factor had decreased significantly. Stevie really enjoyed her birthday cupcake.

She was also an expert present opener. She had a blast opening all of her gifts.

We went to the beach while we were visiting Nanny, and Stevie and I had so much fun!

It's always great to visit with Nana. She even let us ride her swing!

Mommy swears she's going to be better about keeping things updated. I wouldn't hold your breath, but we'll see. We already miss everyone so much, but Nanny is coming for a visit next week and then we will head to the beach with Mimi and Ahgoo a few weeks after that. We are so fortunate to have so many things to which we can look forward these days.
